Ingredients
French Fries
4 medium russet potatoes |
1 Tbs olive oil |
4 tsp dried, minced chives |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper |
Baked French Fries Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°
- Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch julienne strips.
- Risnse well in ice cold water for 1/2 hour.
- Mix chives, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Set aside.
- Drain and pat dry putting fries into a bowl.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices.
- Toss to coat.
- Arrange on cooking spreayed cookie sheets in a single layer, (2- 15x10x1-inch cookiesheet or pan)
- Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once to make sure all fries are a golden brown.
