1 cup mayonnaise |
2 Tablespoons horseradish |
2 Tablespoons vinegar (use vinegar from sweet pickles) |
1 12 ounce can corned beef, chopped |
2 cups frozen peas, cooked |
3 cups potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced |
2 Tablespoons sweet pickles, chopped |
Corned Beef Salad Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and vinegar. Dice corned beef. Mix with peas, potatoes and pickle. Add mayonnaise. Chill.
