1 7.5 ounce can crabmeat |
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs |
1/2 cup celery, minced |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon tarragon, crumbled |
1/4 cup margarine |
3 large filets sole |
1 1/2 Tablepsoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
1 dash paprika |
Fish Fillets with Crab Meat Directions
- Combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, celery, onion powder, salt, pepper, tarragon, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine. Cut filets in half crosswise; sprinkle lightly with salt.
