Ingredients
Meatballs
2 lbs hamburger |
2 large eggs |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup bread crumbs |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
Sauce
1 12 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce |
2 Tbs brown sugar |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1 Tbs lemon juice |
1 12 ounce jar chili sauce |
Cheryl's Meatballs & Sauce Directions
- Mix the hamberger, eggs, water, bread crumbs, onion, and salt.
- Roll into meatballs.
- bake at 350° for 20 minutes. (This recipe makes about 20 meatballs.)
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, brown sugar, pepper, lemon juice and chili sauce,
- when meatballs done place in a seving bowl and pour sauce over meatballs and serve.
Notes
Try with rice or serve as an appetizer!
