Ingredients

Meatballs

2 lbs hamburger
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt

Sauce

1 12 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 12 ounce jar chili sauce

Cheryl's Meatballs & Sauce Directions

  1. Mix the hamberger, eggs, water, bread crumbs, onion, and salt.
  2. Roll into meatballs.
  3. bake at 350° for 20 minutes. (This recipe makes about 20 meatballs.)
  4. In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, brown sugar, pepper, lemon juice and chili sauce,
  5. when meatballs done place in a seving bowl and pour sauce over meatballs and serve.

Notes

Try with rice or serve as an appetizer!
