Ingredients
Asian Zing Sauce
2 tsp cornstarch |
4 tsp rice wine vinegar (not seasoned) |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce |
1 Tbs soy sauce |
1 tsp ground ginger |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp garlic, minced |
Asian Zing Sauce Directions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in rice wine vinegar and set aside.
- In a saucpan over medium heat, combine the remaining ingredietns.
- Add the rice wine vinegar and corstarch to the saucepan, stirring well
- Keep on low-medium heat, strring until the suace starts to boil and thickens
- Remove fro heat and allow to cool,
- Store in a seald container and chill until ready to use.
