Ingredients

Asian Zing Sauce

2 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp rice wine vinegar (not seasoned)
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic, minced

Asian Zing Sauce Directions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in rice wine vinegar and set aside.
  2. In a saucpan over medium heat, combine the remaining ingredietns.
  3. Add the rice wine vinegar and corstarch to the saucepan, stirring well
  4. Keep on low-medium heat, strring until the suace starts to boil and thickens
  5. Remove fro heat and allow to cool,
  6. Store in a seald container and chill until ready to use.
