Ingredients:

2 large potatoes,boiled and riced.
1/8 teaspoon salt (to desired taste)
1/8 teaspoon pepper (to desired taste)
1 cup ham, cubed
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Layered Ham Loaf Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Place riced potatoes in at all well-buttered 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer the cubed ham over the potatoes. Blend the whipped cream with the cheese and horseradish. Spread over ham. 
  2. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 
  3. *if you do not have a potato ricer, mthen mashed potatoes will do.
