1 pound hamburger |
1 large onion, chopped |
7 boiled potato, peeled and sliced |
1 10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups cheddar cheeses, grated |
1 1/2 teaspoon season salt |
Potato Hamburger Casserole Directions
- Brown chopped onion season with seasoned salt and pepper. Place the onion and hammer in the bottom of the nine by 13 casserole dish. Add sliced boiled potatoes. Combine mushroom soup sour cream milk and blend well then pour over top of potatoes. Spread grated cheese overall.
- Bake covered in a 350° oven approximately 1/2 hour or until hot and bubbly.
- Note: you can use raw potatoes-just bake for 2 hours. Canned potatoes are also good.
