Ingredients

Casserole

1 large broccoli, cut in forets and steamed to almost cooked
3/4 lb colby cheese, grated
3/4 sick butter, divided
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed finely.

Broccoli and Cheese Casserole Directions

  1. In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, spread broccoli evenly accross the bottom.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli.
  3. Dot 1/2 of butter over cheese.
  4. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and top with remaining butter.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes

Note: to double recipe, layer ingredients.
