Casserole
1 large broccoli, cut in forets and steamed to almost cooked |
3/4 lb colby cheese, grated |
3/4 sick butter, divided |
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed finely. |
Broccoli and Cheese Casserole Directions
- In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, spread broccoli evenly accross the bottom.
- Sprinkle cheese over broccoli.
- Dot 1/2 of butter over cheese.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs and top with remaining butter.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
