Ingredients

Artichoke Dip

1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 dashes hot sauce

Artichoke Dip Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a lightly buttered 4-cup casserole.
  3. Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve with crackers or toast thins, or blue corn chips.
