Ingredients

Dip

1/4 cup butter
1 1.25 ounce McCormick Hollandaise sauce mix
1/4 cup milk
1 10 ounce pkg thawed, frozen spinach, drained
1 4 ounce jar diced pimentoes
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dill weed
1 cup sour cream

Season's Best Spinach Dip Directions

  1. In a small soucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in Sauce Blend.
  3. Graduyally stir in milk.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer. Stirring constantly one minute or until thickened.
  6. Add spinach, pimentoes, cheese and dill.
  7. Heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.
  8. Remove from heat.

Notes

NOTE: serve in decorative bowl with assorted crackers or in a hollowed out round bread loaf.
