4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 cup carrots, chopped |
5 cup water |
6 cubes chicken bullion |
2 Tbs soy sauce |
1 16 ounce pkg angel hair pasta |
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup green onions, chopped,finely |
1/2 cup snow peas, sliced |
Jillyn's Chicken Soup Directions
- Boil chicken breasts, celery and carrots until done.
- Taking the chicken from the water, chop it into bite sized cubes.
- Add the chicken bullion to the water and vegetables.Add the chopped chicken
- Add soy sauce.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, drain and rinse. (do not add the noodles until you are ready to serve.
- Serve the soup adding the noodles and topping with mushrooms, green onions,
