Ingredients

Soup

4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
5 cup water
6 cubes chicken bullion
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 16 ounce pkg angel hair pasta
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped,finely
1/2 cup snow peas, sliced

Jillyn's Chicken Soup Directions

  1. Boil chicken breasts, celery and carrots until done.
  2. Taking the chicken from the water, chop it into bite sized cubes.
  3. Add the chicken bullion to the water and vegetables.Add the chopped chicken
  4. Add soy sauce.
  5. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, drain and rinse. (do not add the noodles until you are ready to serve.
