Ingredients

Soup

1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 lb sausage
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cups celery, chopped
5 large potatoes, cubed
2 16 ounce cans kidney beans
40 ounces beef broth
1 quart whole tomatoes
1 quart toamto sauce
1 4 ounce can chopped green chilis
1 12 ounce pkg frozen corn
1 6 ounce can olives, sliced
1 1 ounce pkg taco seasoning

Taco Soup Directions

  1. Cook carrots, celery, and potatoes in beef broth.
  2. Add cooked meat and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Simmer. DO NOT BOIL
  4. Serve topped with grated cheese and doritoes.
