Soup
1 lb ground beef or turkey |
1 lb sausage |
1 cup carrots, chopped |
1 cups celery, chopped |
5 large potatoes, cubed |
2 16 ounce cans kidney beans |
40 ounces beef broth |
1 quart whole tomatoes |
1 quart toamto sauce |
1 4 ounce can chopped green chilis |
1 12 ounce pkg frozen corn |
1 6 ounce can olives, sliced |
1 1 ounce pkg taco seasoning |
Taco Soup Directions
- Cook carrots, celery, and potatoes in beef broth.
- Add cooked meat and the rest of the ingredients.
- Simmer. DO NOT BOIL
- Serve topped with grated cheese and doritoes.
