Ingredients

Salad

3 3 ounce pkgs strawberry jello
1 3 ounce pkg orange Jello
4 cups water
2 10 ounce pkg frozen sweetend strawberries
1 15 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 large bananas, mashed

Topping

1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup reserved jello
1 8 ounce carton Cool Whip

Holiday Strawberry Salad Directions

  1. Heat water to boiling and add jello.
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Set aside 1/2 cup of jello to use later.
  4. Add frozen strawberries, crushed pineapple, and bananas to the remaining jello
  5. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  6. Chill and set
  7. Make the topping using cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, reserved jello liquid.
  8. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  9. Fold in  Cool-Whip.
  10. Spread on top of chilled Jell-o
  11. Chill to set.
