Ingredients

Salad

1 large avocado, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 head butter or Boson lettuce
12 small cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
3 ounces ricotta salata
4 scallions, white only thinly sliced

Char's Salad Directions

  1. Mix avocado wit 1/2 of the dressing and set aside
  2. Arrange the lettuce in bottom of large serving bowl.
  3. Add tomatoes and cillantor and crubmle the ricotta salata
  4. Sprinkle with scallions.
  5. Place the avocadoes in the center.
  6. Serve the remaning dressing on the side
