Dressing

4 scallions, tops only, thinly sliced
1 med jalepeno pepper, no seeds and chopped.
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 Tbs fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

You've got to Love Cilantro Salad Dressing Directions

  1. Place the scallions in the food processor with jalepeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. 
  2. Pulse to combine.
  3. Continue to process while adding olive oil.
  4. Taste and adjust (usually with salt.)
