Ingredients

Salad

1 8 ounce pkg Chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 6 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
3 green onions, sliced
1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms
1 cup shrimp, turkey or chicken, diced
1 small can black olives, sliced

Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Rice Salad Directions

  1. Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Add the artichoke hearts, onions, water chestnuts, sliced mushrooms, turkey and olives.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, curry powder, slat & pepper..
  5. Add to the main salad and serve.
