Ingredients

Salad

2 cup boiling water
1 6 ounce pkg lime jello
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 16 ounce carton cottage cheese
1 8 ounce carton Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Pacific Lime Jell-o Salad Directions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-o in boiling water.
  2. Add juice from pineapple and enough water to measure 1 cup.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Beat until frothy and fold in remaining ingredients
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and chill
