2 cup boiling water |
1 6 ounce pkg lime jello |
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple |
1 16 ounce carton cottage cheese |
1 8 ounce carton Cool Whip |
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) |
Pacific Lime Jell-o Salad Directions
- Dissolve the Jell-o in boiling water.
- Add juice from pineapple and enough water to measure 1 cup.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Beat until frothy and fold in remaining ingredients
- Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and chill
