1/2 head Lettuce, chopped or torn |
2 large tomatoes, chopped |
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped |
1 15 ounce can chili, warmed |
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
Hot Taco Salad Directions
- Layer the rice, then fritoes, lettuce,tomatoes, green onions, chili, and then the grated cheese.
- You may use cannned, brick or homemade chili (No beans)
- This is a complete meal
