1 cup cooked rice, still warm
1 9.25 ounce pkg fritoes,
1/2 head Lettuce, chopped or torn
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 15 ounce can chili, warmed
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

Hot Taco Salad Directions

  1. Layer the rice, then fritoes, lettuce,tomatoes, green onions, chili, and then the grated cheese.
  2. You may use cannned, brick or homemade chili (No beans)
  3. This is a complete meal
