Ingredients

Soup

1 quart water
1 12.5 ounce can Chicken breast
1 large potato, grated
2 large carrots, grated
1 cup celery, sliced
1 small onion, grated
4 cube Chicken bullion cubes (adjust for 1 cube for 1 cup of water.)
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Noodles

3 large eggs. beaten
3 Tbs water
1/2 tasp salt
1 1/2 cups flour, adjust as needed

Grandma Thomas' Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Directions

  1. over low heat, simmer all the ingredients except for the noodles. while simmering, make noodles.
  2. Add flour until stiff,
  3. Roll out and slice into thin strips wit a pizza cutter.
  4. Drop into soup and boil for about 5 minutes.
  5. Ready to serve.
