2 Tbs pickle relish (heaping)
1 cup Spanish peanuts
1 cup frozen peas (not thawed)
2 Tbs Cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbs sugar
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup evaporated milk
