Ingredients

Quiche

6 slices bread buttered
8 large eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese. grated
1 4 ounce can chopped green chilis

Book Club Quiche Directions

  1. Liberally greas a 9 x 13 inch quiche pan.
  2. Place bread in pan, buttered side down.
  3. Mix together eggs, milk, oregano, mustard, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over bread.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and green chilies over top.
  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour uncovered.
