Ingredients
Roasted Turkey Sandwich
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce |
2 Tbs pecans, toasted and chopped |
2 Tbs Dijon mustard |
1 Tbs honey |
1 8 ounce loaf focaccia bread (I use Costco's ciabatta bread) |
3 leaves lettuce |
1/2 pound turkey, thinly sliced |
1/4 pound Gouda, thinly sliced |
8 slices tomato |
6 slices bacon, cooked |
Roasted Turkey Club Sandwich Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, pecans, Dijon mustard, and honey until blended
- Cut the foccacia bread in half horizontally, and spread mayonnaise mixture inside on both halves.
- On the bottom slice of foccacia, layer the lettuce, then turkey, cheese, tomato and bacon in order.
- Replace the top, slice in half.
- Serve
