Ingredients
Casserole
1 1/2 pkg frozen hash browns or 10 potatoes, baked peeled and grated. |
1/2 lb Jack Cheese, grated |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
Sauce
1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 pint cream or milk |
2 Tbs chives |
2 Tbs parsley |
2 cup sour cream |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Potato Cheese Casserole Directions
- Mix hash browns and cheeses in large bowl.
- In pan, mix soup, butter, cream, milk, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add sour cream just before pouring over potatoes and cheese.
- 9 x 13- inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
