Ingredients

Casserole

1 1/2 pkg frozen hash browns or 10 potatoes, baked peeled and grated.
1/2 lb Jack Cheese, grated
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated

Sauce

1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 pint cream or milk
2 Tbs chives
2 Tbs parsley
2 cup sour cream
1 dash salt and pepper

Potato Cheese Casserole Directions

  1. Mix hash browns and cheeses in large bowl.
  2. In pan, mix soup, butter, cream, milk, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Add sour cream just before pouring over potatoes and cheese.
  4. 9 x 13- inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
