Ingredients

Pancakes

3 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1 Tbs sugar

Swedish Pancakes Directions

  1. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Add to egg mixture, mixing until smooth.
  5. Dropp batter by tablespoons onto a moderately hot buttered griddle. 
  6. spread evenly to make thin cakes.
  7. Turn when underside is light brown.
  8. Spoon melted butter over.
  9. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup
