Ingredients

Apple Puffed Pancake

6 large eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 med apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup milk
3 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3 Tbs brown sugar

Apple Puffed Pancake Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°
  2. In a blender of large bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon until blended.
  3. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan in the oven, then add the apple slices.
  4. Return to the oven until the butter sizzles.
  5. DO NOT LET THE BUTTER BURN.
  6. Remive.
  7. Immediately pour batter over the apples.
  8. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  9. Bake in the middle of the oven 20 minutes or until puffed and brown.
  10. Serve immediately with syrup.
