2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup oil
2 large eggs
3 cups bran cereal with rasins
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Buttermilk Raisin Bran Muffins Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Line muffin tin with cupcake cups.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil, and eggs, beat well.
  4. Add remaining two ingredients, stir until just moistened
  5. Fill prepared muffin cups half full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
