Ingredients

Syrup

1 cup water
2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp real vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup cream (optional)

Vanilla Syrup Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. 
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. When syrup reaches Thread stage (215-235°,) remove from stove.
  4. Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
