1 cup whole milk |
1 3 ounce package cook and serve, vanilla pudding mix |
1 large egg |
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
2 tsp butter |
8 slices Texas toast |
Fresh berries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries |
confectioner's sugar |
Original Vanilla French Toast Directions
- Combinge the milk, pidding mix, egg, and cinnamon until blended, (about 2 minutes.)
- Heat a heavy skillet or cast-iron pan, melting the butter.
- Dip the texast toast in the egg-pudding mixture, coating both sides.
- Place int the pre-heated pan, cooking each side to a golden brown.
- Feel free to sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and berries.
- Enjoy!
