| 1 cup peanut butter (Creamy or chunky) |
| 1 egg |
| 1 cup sugar |
Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies Directions
- Mix ingredients well. Roll in 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
- Press down criscrosses with a fork
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 375° oven for approximately 8 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Cool before removing.
- Makes 2 dozen.
