Philly Cheese Steak

2 medium onions, halves and sliced
2 medium sewwt pepper, red or green , sliced in strips
1 1/2 lbs Top sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 1 ounce package onion soup mix
1 14-1/2 ounce can beef broth
6 hoagie buns, split
12 slices Provolone cheese, halved diagonally

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich Directions

  1. Put the onions, peppers, steak, soup mix, and broth in a slow cooker for 6 - 8 hours
    Put the buns on a cookie sheet, open side up put the meat on the buns, and place cheese on to
