1 cup Whole Wheat Flour |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 large eggs |
2 cups milk |
283 cup ripe bananas, mashed |
1 Tbs olive oil |
1 Tbs maple syrup |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
whipped butter, sliced bananas, and hot syrup to serve with pancakes |
Harvest Grain Banana 'N Nut Directions
- Sift together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamom and salt.
- In another bowl, blend the eggs, milk, banana, olive oil, syrup, and vanilla; add gently to the sifted ingredients, mixting gently until just moitened.
- On a pre-heated griddle, spray cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan.
- Cook until bubbles surface in the middle, then flip the pancake.
- Cook till golden brown
- Serve with bananas, hot syup and whipped butter.
