Ingredients

Harvest Grain Banana 'N Nut

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 cups milk
283 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
whipped butter, sliced bananas, and hot syrup to serve with pancakes

Harvest Grain Banana 'N Nut Directions

  1. Sift together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamom and salt.
  2. In another bowl, blend the eggs, milk, banana, olive oil, syrup, and vanilla; add gently to the sifted ingredients, mixting gently until just moitened.
  3. On a pre-heated griddle, spray cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan.
  4. Cook until bubbles surface in the middle, then flip the pancake.
  5. Cook till golden brown
  6. Serve with bananas, hot syup and whipped butter.
