Ingredients

Waldorf Salad

4 large apples, cored and diced granny Smith and Gala
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 cup green grapes, halved
1/2 med lemon juice
1/2 cup cranberries, dried
3/4 cup walnuts
12 ounces vanilla yougurt

Waldorf Salad Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add the fresh fruit and celery.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice. stir to coat
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
