4 med avocadoes, halves, pitted and peeled |
1/4 small red onion, finely chopped |
1/2 med jalepeno, seeded and finely chopped |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped |
2 Tablespoons lime juice |
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt to taste |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground |
Chipotle Copycat Guacamole 1 Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocadoes until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add the onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
