Chipotle Guacamole

4 med avocadoes, halves, pitted and peeled
1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 med jalepeno, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

Chipotle Copycat Guacamole 1 Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocadoes until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Add the onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine.
