Tomatillo Green-Chili Salsa
6 fresh tomatoes, diced |
2 tomatillos, diced |
1/2 med red onion, diced |
2 med jalepeno peppes, seeded and diced |
1/3 cup cilantro chopped |
1 Tablespoon lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/8 tsp salt, to taste |
1/8 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground, to taste |

- Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until well blended, but still very slightly chunky.
- Place in a bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 24 hours
