Frosting

1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
3 cup powdered sugar (more if needed)

Cream Cheese Frosting Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese and butter till smooth and creamy.
  2. Add vanilla and lemon zest.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Add powdered sugar slowly while blending well and frosting lis light and fluffy.
  5. Store in refrigerator until ready to use
