Ingredients:
| 12 sheets rice paper wrappers |
| 1/2 cup bok choy |
| 1/2 cup napa cabbage |
| 1 carrot |
| 1 bunch cilantro |
| 4 green onions |
| 4 ounce bean sprouts |
| 1 Tablespoons sesame oil |
| 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts |
| 1/4 cup chili sauce |
| 1/4 cup dried cranberries |
Asian Spring Rolls Directions
- 12 sheets of rice paper wrappers
- dice or shred all of the vegetable ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Toss all the ingredients with the sweet soy, sesame oil, and chili sauce
- Fill medium bowl with tepid water. Add rice paper to water one at a time until they are soft and workable.
- Remove rice paper one at a time and lay out on a clean surface. Fill with 1/4 cup of vegetable mixture and fold to ½ inch of sides , fold in ends. Place on parchment paper until ready to use. Bake or deep fry.
- Remove the paper
