Ingredients:
| 1 lb ground beef |
| 1 medium onion |
| 1 10.75 ounce can Cream of Mushroom soup |
| 1 10.75 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 2/3 cup rice, uncooked |
| 1 can mushrooms with juice |
| 1 can water chestnuts, drained |
| 1 cup water |
Chinese Casserole II Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then place in a large flat casserole about 9 x 13 x 2 inch .
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes Or until rice is done .
- Top casserole with 1/2 cup of slivered almonds and one can of Chinese noodles (Chow Mein).
- Placed back in oven for 10 more minutes than serve.
