Ingredients:
| 1 6 ounce packarge lemon jello |
| 1 cup water boiling |
| 1/2 cup water, cold |
| 1/2 cup V-8 juice |
| 2 Tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/3 cup green onions, chopped |
| 2 4 ounce cans medium shrimp |
| 1 14 ounce can tomatoes, diced |
| 1/2 cup celery, diced finely |
| 1/2 cup green pepper, diced finely |
| 1/4 cup parsley |
Tomato Aspic Directions
- Add jello to boiling water until jello is dissolved. Add cold water and V-8 juice and combine.
- stir in lemon juice, salt, green onions, and canned shrimp chill until solid enough to add solid ingredients.
- add tomatoes, celery, green pepper and parsley. chill until set.
