Ingredients:

2 cups cranberries
3/4 cups pecans
2/3 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 sick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter,melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Pioneer Woman’s Cranberry Crunch Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° 
  2. Butter a pie or cake pan.
  3. Add the cranberries into the bottom of the pan. 
  4. Sprinkle them chopped pecans: sprinkle 2/3 cup sugar in a bowl combine flour 1 cup sugar melted butter, eggs, almond extract, and milk. 
  5. Stir to combine these ingredients pour batter slowly over the top in large trip and shapes in order to evenly cover the surface. 
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or so. A few minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle service with a tablespoon of sugar for extra crunch. 
  7. Cut into wedges.
  8. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
