Ingredients:
| 2 cups cranberries |
| 3/4 cups pecans |
| 2/3 cups sugar |
| 1 cup flour |
| 1 sick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter,melted |
| 2 large eggs, lightly beaten |
| 1 teaspoon almond extract |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
Pioneer Woman’s Cranberry Crunch Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Butter a pie or cake pan.
- Add the cranberries into the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle them chopped pecans: sprinkle 2/3 cup sugar in a bowl combine flour 1 cup sugar melted butter, eggs, almond extract, and milk.
- Stir to combine these ingredients pour batter slowly over the top in large trip and shapes in order to evenly cover the surface.
- Bake for 45 minutes or so. A few minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle service with a tablespoon of sugar for extra crunch.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
