Ingredients:
| 24 vanilla wafers |
| 1 15.25 ounce can pineapple, crushed |
| 24 large marshmellows |
| 3 Tablespoons Lemon juice, fresh |
| 1 pint whipping cream |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla |
| 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar |
Frozen Pineapple Cream Dessert Directions
- Combine pineapple, marshmallows, lemon juice and heat this mixture until marshmallows are melted. Cool. But the cream, add vanilla and sugar.
- Arrange in layers in refrigerator tray in this order: vanilla wafer crumbs, pineapple mix, whipped cream and top layer of crumbs.
- Let sit and refrigerator for 6 hours before serving.
