Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup cornstarch |
| 2/3 cup sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 2 cup milk, scalded |
| 3 large egg yolks, slightly beaten |
| 2 Tablespoon butter |
| 1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
| 1 cup whipping cream, prepared |
Banana Cream Pie Directions
- Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Gradually add to hot milk. Cook in double boiler until thick about 10 minutes. Stirring constantly.
- Slowly add small amount of hot mixture to a deal. Cook 5 minutes add butter, vanilla and cool
- Add bananas-topped with whipped cream.
