| 3 cup thin cream |
| 2/3 cup sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Philadelphia Ice Cream Directions
- Add sugar to the cream and stir to dissolve.
- Add the Manila, pour the mixture into the can of an ice cream freezer.
- Place the canned in the tub of freezer place and Asher, cover and fasten.
- Fill the tub ¼ full with chipped ice
- Turn hand slowly 5 minutes, until turns with difficultly then turn rapidly until the mix is hard.
- Dana basin from the top, I removed the dasher and replace the cover. Close up hole.
- Phil tub one part salt to four parts ice.
- Leave packed for at least 1 hour.
- Deep freeze. Remove 2 hour before serving
- *I substitute thin cream for heavy cream. We also add garden fresh berries when we have them.
