Ingredients:
| 4 cups zucchini, washed, peeled, and coarsley ground (not mush!) |
| 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple |
| 1/2 cup Lemon juice |
| 1 1 ounce package pectin |
| 2 .14 ounce pagkage unsweetened Strawberry Kool-aid |
| 8 cups sugar |
Zucchini Jam Directions
- Wash and peel zucchini. Remove any large seeds and throw them away. Mix above ingredients and bring to the boil add sugar. Bring to a boil again. Boil 5 minutes. Put into clean hot jars.
