Ingredients:
| 1 7.5 ounce can crabmeat |
| 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup celery, minced |
| 1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper |
| 1/8 teaspoon tarragon, crumbled |
| 1/4 cup margarine |
| 3 large filets sole |
| 1 1/2 Tablepsoons lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup dry white wine |
| 1 dash paprika |
Fish Fillets with Crab Meat Directions
- Combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, celery, onion powder, salt, pepper, tarragon, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine. Cut filets in half crosswise; sprinkle lightly with salt. Divide crab mixture of monk six pieces of fillet, Placing stuffing at one end of each piece. Roll up filets; fashion each with wooden picks. Place rolls in shallow baking dish. Pour lemon juice, wine and remaining melted butter or margarine over fish. Bake at 350° F, basting occasionally with pan juices, 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with paprika.
