Ingredients:
| 1 10.5 ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 2 large egg whites |
| 1/4 cup granulated sugar |
| 1/3 cup white corn syrup |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla |
Carnation Pink Frosting Directions
- Drain thawed strawberries well, reserving juice.
- In a small electric mixer bowl, place salt and egg whites. With mixer at high speed, beat until soft peaks form.
- At low speed, gradually add sugar, and continue beating until smooth and glossy. Slowly add corn serve, while beating constantly. Then slowly beat in 1/3 cup reserves strawberry choose, and beat until stiff. Add drained strawberries, vanilla extract; And beat until spreading consistency.
