Ingredients:
| 3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted |
| 1/2 cup evaporated milk |
| 5 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted |
| 1/4 cup butter, softened |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla |
| 1 teaspoon almond extract |
| 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows |
Yum-Yum Choco-Mallow Frosting Directions
- And a small electric mixer bowl, blend confectioners' sugar and evaporated milk. Add unsweetened chocolate that is melted; and mix until blended. Add butter and vanilla and almond extract; Mix until smooth, creamy. Fold in miniature marshmallows. Use to fill and frost 28 inch or nine in its cake layers, or two 9 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch layers.
