Ingredients:
| 2 large potatoes,boiled and riced. |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt (to desired taste) |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper (to desired taste) |
| 1 cup ham, cubed |
| 1/2 cup whipping cream |
| 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
Layered Ham Loaf Directions
- Heat oven to 350° F. Place riced potatoes in at all well-buttered 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer the cubed ham over the potatoes. Blend the whipped cream with the cheese and horseradish. Spread over ham.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- *if you do not have a potato ricer, mthen mashed potatoes will do.
