Ingredients:
| 1 pound hamburger |
| 1 15 ounce can kidney beans |
| 1 10 ounce can enchilada sauce |
| 1 6 ounce can tomato sauce |
| 1 small onion, chopped |
| 1 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 6 ounce package corn chips (fritos) |
For the top:
| 1 6 ounce package corn chips |
| 1 1/2 cup sour cream |
| 1/2 cup Mild cheddar cheese, grated |
Mini Chili Casserole Directions
- Mix main ingredients together and place in a large casserole dish. Bake at 375° oven uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove friom oven and spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with grated cheeses. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- OPTIONAL: Place corn chips like fritos around the outside of the casserole.
