Ingredients:
| 2 1/2 pounds cooked ham, ground |
| 1 cup ground pork |
| 4 large eggs, seperated |
| 2 cups soda crackers or bread crumbs |
| 2 1/2 cups buttermilk |
| 4 Tablespoons brown sugar |
| 4 Tablespoons horseradish |
| 2 cups parsley, chopped |
| 1/4 cup onion, chopped |
Glaze:
| 1 10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/4 cup cream |
| 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped |
| 1/4 cup pimento |
| 1/4 cup boiled egg, grated |
| 1/4 cup prepared mustard |
| 1/4 cup sour cream |
Ham Loaf Directions
- Combine ham, egg yolks, crackers or bread crimbs. buttermilk, sugar, horseradish, parsley and onion.
- Beat eggwhites until stiff and fold into ham mixture.
- Combine the ingredients for the glaze and pour over ham loaf a the last 40 minutes while baking, basting the ham loaf while baking .
- Bake at 300°F for 2 hours.
