| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 2 Tablespoons cornstarch |
| 2 cup fruit |
| 1 cup flour |
| 3/4 cup oatmeal |
| 1 cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup butter, melted |
Fruit Crunch Directions
- And this recipe, you can use anything from peaches, apples, rhubarb, two cherries.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla and cook until thick. Pour over 2 cups of fruit in a baking dish. Then top with the combined flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon.
